Cottonwood Storage does not provide coverage for your stored belongings. Without your own personal insurance or a tenant protection plan, your items are not covered in the event of damage, theft, or loss. We strongly recommend selecting a protection plan below or verifying that your homeowner's or renter's insurance covers items kept in storage.

A $200 deductible applies to all claims unless a disc lock or cylinder lock is used on the unit.
